Evaluation of microbial loads and physico-chemicals cassava mill effluent simulated soil was carried out using standard microbiological biochemical techniques. This to determine the effect (CME) on rhizosphere loads, physicochemical properties, nitrogenous salt heavy metals. The results showed that CME determinants (pH, Ca, Mg, K) metal determinant (Fe, Zn, Co, Ni, Pb Mn) concentration dependents. salts (NO3, NH4+ NO2) levels progressively increased with no significant differences (p>0.05 ANOVA). isolates were: Saccharomyces sp, Mucorindicus, Fusarium sp Gliocladium for fungal group. bacterial group were Chromobacterium Corynebacterium Bacillus Acinetobacter Escherichia coli while nitrogen-fixing Azotobacter sp., Azospirillum Frankia Bradyrhizobium Hebaspirillum Cyanobacteria (or blue green algae), Anabaena Nostoc Clostridium sp. Rhizobium There (p>0.05) in load across gradient at CME-simulated plot phyto-remediated by Centrosema pubesscens Calopogonium mucunoides.
